नोंदणी :-
1. नोंदणी या शब्दाचा अर्थ जमिनीची किंमत देऊन मालमत्ता खरेदी करणे.
2. नोंदणीमध्ये विक्रेते आणि खरेदीदार असतात. यासोबतच साक्षीदारही असतात.
3. नोंदणीमध्ये स्वत:च्या जमिनीची किंमत मोजावी लागते.
4. नोंदणीनंतर, खरेदीदारास मालमत्ता हस्तांतरित करण्याचा किंवा विकण्याचा अधिकार आहे.
5. यामध्ये दुरुस्ती आणि देखभाल ही खरेदीदाराची जबाबदारी आहे.
6. खरेदीदारास नोंदणीमधील मालमत्तेच्या अवशिष्ट मूल्याचा आनंद घेण्यास अनुमती देते.
7. यामध्ये, मालमत्तेची सर्व देणी भरल्यानंतरच मालमत्ता खरेदीदाराची आहे.

1. भाडेपट्ट्याने देणे किंवा लिजवर देणे ही अशी व्यवस्था आहे, ज्याद्वारे मालमत्तेचा वापर ठराविक कालावधीसाठी निश्चित शुल्कासह करण्याची परवानगी दिली जाते.
2. यामध्ये लेसर आणि पट्टा घेणारी व्यक्ती यांचा समावेश होतो.
3. हे मालमत्ता वापरण्याची किंमत कव्हर करते.
4. भाडेपट्टेदाराला मालमत्ता हस्तांतरित करण्याचा किंवा इतर कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला विकण्याचा अधिकार नसतो.
5. हे भाडेपट्टीच्या प्रकारावर अवलंबून असते.
6. भाडेपट्टा भाडेकरूला मालमत्तेच्या अवशिष्ट मूल्यापासून वंचित ठेवतो.
